Everyone in the Heavens and earth is asking to Him, while He is involved in other new affairs.
This verse proclaims Allah’s Exaltedness, invincibility and Knowledge. Together with observing the requests of His creatures in the earth and answering for them, the Three Time Knower Allah is also involved in new affairs. It is told in verse 51: 47 that Allah has been expanding the heaven. Even though Allah is observing everything and everyone, He doesn’t answer to the request of the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar who don’t utilize Adhikr as the Ticket to return to the Paradise, and who do not transform their Jinn soulmate in to believers, and who do not purify the Soul with Adhikr. The deeds of such disbelievers won’t be raised to the Illiyyen in the Paradise as explained in verse 7: 40. See explanation 35: 10-11; and 42: 11-12.
